Founded in 2024 by the husband and wife team of Monika and Rafał Niedźwiedź, Ateramo sp. z o.o. is built on 20 years of professional experience and a shared life journey. Our commitment to the highest quality standards is the foundation of our company. We value efficiency and resource optimization, ensuring that every process is refined to perfection without compromising on excellence.
Ateramo sp. z o.o. operates in two main areas: The Confectionery Workshop for Companies, managed by Monika, and IT services for Companies, overseen by Rafał (for more details, visit https://it.ateramo.com).
The Craft Bakery for Companies stems from Monika’s passion for baking. The tradition of home baking has been part of Monika’s family for generations. In the early 20th century, Monika’s great-grandmother baked delicious cakes and bread in a wood-fired oven not only for her 10 children but also for the local community. This tradition continued with her grandmother, who annually prepared homemade doughnuts, and her mother, renowned for the best birthday cake at every birthday celebration.
Monika began her baking journey while living in Ireland, where she initially recreated Polish flavors and traditions (cakes, doughnuts, bread, and rolls) and later experimented with Irish baked goods. It was in Ireland that she learned to bake shortbread, scones, chocolate chip cookies, and carrot cake, long before these delights were known in Poland.

Upon returning to Poland, Monika dedicated herself to a full spectrum of baking, always brimming with ideas, eager to experiment, and driven to create not only delicious but also high-quality baked goods and desserts. Using the best ingredients, free of artificial additives, shortcuts, and semi-finished products, she leverages Poland’s seasonal bounty and an endless array of possibilities. She loves adapting foreign recipes to Polish tastes. Privately, Monika enjoys traveling, exploring new customs, cultures, and cuisines. For this reason, she has been learning Spanish and Italian for several years. A chocolate enthusiast, she laments that eating it without consequence is not as easy as it used to be. After 20 years working in various companies across Poland and Ireland, collaborating with people on every continent, she left the corporate world to bake cookies full-time.
Monika’s products set a new standard in Poland and Europe with natural, handmade baked goods and desserts for companies. In an era of globalization, pervasive chemical additives, profit maximization, and cost-cutting, she demonstrates that promotional confectionery products or gifts for employees, contractors, or clients can be of high quality and free from artificial ingredients.
Combining tradition with modernity, Monika has developed an entire process for creating branded baked goods for business clients. Every element is crafted in-house, adhering to the highest quality standards and HACCP regulations, ensuring complete control over the production process.
